Restaurant General Manager

Originally from Philadelphia, Christopher started working in restaurants while receiving his undergraduate degree at Temple University. Upon graduation, he became General Manager at Marigold Kitchen, a modern West Philadelphia restaurant known for its innovative tasting menu. Quickly realizing his love for the pace and energy of restaurants, Christopher decided to pursue a career in fine dining and moved to New York City. His first stop was at the award-winning Eleven Madison Park, where he would spend three formative years in various front-of-house positions. From there, Christopher leveraged his operational expertise to work in management positions at some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, including  Crownshy, Cote and Gabriel Kruether. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of Momofuku Ssam Bar before joining the Manahtta team in 2023. Filled with a desire to take care of others and create truly memorable experiences, Christopher is eager to lead a passionate front-of-house team and introduce guests to the magic of Manhatta.
